Mr Titus Mutegi (Managing Director)

Mr Mutegi holds a MSC degree in Project Planning and Management from Moi University and Civil Engineering from Moi University. Being the managing director, Mr Mutegi is charged with the responsibility of giving the company leadership and guidance in the overall running of the company. He is also in charge of all the operations as awell as co-ordination of the sites where the company is carrying construction. He has over (10) years experience in project management and implementation, having successfully undertaken and completed projects worth over Ksh 1000000000 (Kenyan Shillings one Billion). This epitomizes the steps taken by Fairface construction Co Ltd into the industry otherwise dominated by old construction firms especially doing government sponsored projects. Mr Mutegi brings to the company invaluable experience, expertise, sense of stability, ambition and the required charisma necessary to execute construction projects.

Jonathan Nabea (Finance and Admin Director)

Mr Nabea is a holder of Bachelor of commerce degree, Finance option form KCA University as well as CPA(K). As the Finance and Admin Director, Mr Nabea executes (and not limited to) the following responsibilities. Responsible for management fo the organization’s cash flow and ensuring there are enough funds available to meet the day-to-day payments. Mr J.Nabea prepares the organizations budgets and forecasts, and reports back on the progress against there throughout the year. This information is used to plan staffing levels, asset purchase and expansions and cash needs, before they become necessary. It is also his responsibility to form a close relationship with the Managing Director as well as therest of the staff, repares accounts and oversees the budgets and that everyone is ticking to them. Mr.J.Nabea establishses a high level of credibility and manages strong working relationships with external parties including customers and advistors. He ensures that the reguirements of statutory bodies are met. Finally Mr. J.Nabea contributes fully to the development of company strategy across all areas of business and decision-making as appropriate and provides financial analaysis and guidanace on all activities, plans targets and business driver.
